Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

At GardenMaster, we strive to provide you with the finest quality Medicinal Plants, Rare Fruit Plants, and Ornamental plants. However, as living products, plants are highly perishable, and their condition can change rapidly after delivery. We understand that you may have concerns regarding the condition of the plants you receive. Hence, we have formulated the following Return and Refund Policy to address such situations:
1. Return Policy:
a. Plant Quality: If you receive a plant that appears damaged, unhealthy, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request you to provide photographic evidence of the plant’s condition. Our team will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or issue a store credit for the value of the plant.
b. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect plant, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, or we may offer a store credit for the value of the plant.
c. Cancellation: As our plants are dispatched soon after orders are placed, cancellations are accepted only if the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
2. Refund Policy:
a. Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not offer refunds for plants that have been delivered and accepted by the recipient in good condition. Once the plant is delivered and accepted, the sale is considered final.
b. Refunds on Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order before the plants have been shipped, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
3. Handling and Care:
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping plants to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. To maintain plant health, please unpack the plants immediately upon delivery and follow the care instructions provided with each shipment.

Please note that while we do our best to ensure the health and quality of our plants, factors such as environmental conditions, care, and handling after delivery are beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee the long-term survival of plants once they have been received and accepted.
